Rising Starz Childcare, Inc. believes children learn best by doing. Through "play" experiences during the day, a child learns about the world. The teacher's role at the center is to teach children by setting up the environment to allow learning to take place. Children are given opportunities to explore the environment using a "hands on" approach. Teachers provide the materials that allow children to make discoveries. Our emphasis is on the "process" a child goes through and not the "product" or what he/she makes. For example, children experience putting paint on a brush and having the brush make contact with the paper (process). What a child's painting "looks" like (product) is determined by the child's level of experience and creativity. We also believe fostering each child's sense of individual worth is of the utmost importance. Rising Starz Childcare programs promote positive relationships among all children and adults.

Mission - Dedicated to providing quality, grade “A” childcare services for infants (age 6 weeks) through school-age children (age 12 years).
